Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, IT, or related field.
• Solid technical proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality completion of HR processes and reports.
• Support Compensation & People Analytics teams with data requests.
• Analyze and organize people data to inform HR decision-making.
• Facilitate HR Helpdesk requests between departments.
• Assist with campus and experienced hire recruiting processes.
• Support internship program coordination and event organization.
• Maintain HR data systems and support onboarding processes.
