Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Analyst I to strengthen HR effectiveness through process optimization, reporting, and knowledge management. You will work under the Director of HR Operations to align HR processes, workflows, and data quality.

The role involves building dashboards and templates, supporting compliance and audits, and partnering across HR functions to improve efficiency and accuracy. A hybrid work option in Fort Smith or Little Rock is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Analytics or related HR roles.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, document, and standardize core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analysis using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR projects with HR Operations, Recruiting, Talent, HRBPs, Payroll, and Benefits.
