Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in HR/Business/Data analytics.
• 3–4 years of HR Operations/People Analytics experience required.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Core HR Process Optimization: review, document, refine, and standardize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Workforce Insights & Reporting: develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI; analyze workforce trends.
• Cross-Functional Workflow Coordination: connect HR Operations with Recruiting, Talent, HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS stakeholders.
• Knowledge Management & Enablement: create and maintain templates, guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
