Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Analyst I (SGL15) to strengthen HR effectiveness through process optimization, reporting, and knowledge management. The role supports HR Operations, Recruiting, Talent, and HRBPs with shared workflows and reliable data.

The position may be hybrid-based in Fort Smith or Little Rock, Arkansas, reporting to the Director of HR Operations. Candidates should have 3–4 years in HR Operations, advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, and a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, analytics, or related field preferred
• 3–4 years in HR Operations or People Analytics
• Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI strongly preferred
• Experience building dashboards and process documentation
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity

Responsibilities

• Optimize core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel/Power BI
• Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and workflows
• Maintain HR SOPs and process documentation
• Translate HR initiatives into repeatable processes
