Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Analyst I to strengthen HR effectiveness through process improvements, reporting, and knowledge management.

The role supports HR Operations, Recruiting, Talent, and HRBPs with reliable data, standardized workflows, and clear documentation. Under leadership, you will build dashboards and reports with Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for workforce planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong Excel, Power Query and Power BI skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between HR Operations, Recruiting, Talent, HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS.
• Maintain HR SOPs, workflow maps, and manager-facing guides.
• Translate HR initiatives into repeatable processes and practical guidance.
