What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide advanced HR leave of absence administration to managers, colleagues, and vendors
  2. Act as a subject matter expert for the Leave of Absence program, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
  3. Review, coordinate, and process activities for various leave types, including Short Term Disability and Family Medical Leave
  4. Develop sustainable processes to support customers within service level agreements
  5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to established regulations and compliance requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of progressive experience in a Disability Analyst/Coordinator/Specialist role or equivalent
  2. Occupational/Employee Health background and/or Disability Management background
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR law, FMLA, ADAAA, and Workers’ Compensation
  4. Experience managing leaves through technology solutions and knowledge of HRIS
  5. Demonstrated decision-making and excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  2. Experience in vendor management
  3. Familiarity with Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to effectively interact with higher-level management and various departments
