Qualifications

• 3–4 years of HR Coordinator/HR Administrative experience.
• Experience with Workday or a similar HCM system.
• Onboarding and pre-employment processing experience.
• Experience with background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality by policy or law.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support and system profile setup tasks.
• Review new hire paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Process employment verifications.
• Handle background checks and drug screens.
• Support E-Verify for new hires and maintain applicant/employee data.
• Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks.
• Answer inquiries about benefits and policies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidential file systems and compliance.
• Support other HR activities and special projects.
