Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least three years of HR and recruitment experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment needs with departments and post positions
• Screen and interview candidates and conduct reference/pre-employment checks
• Process onboarding, payroll documentation, and maintain HR records in ADP
• Ensure compliance activities including I-9s, work authorization, and background checks
• Prepare payroll packets and manage vendor checks for background and drug screening
