Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking an Onboarding & HR Operations Specialist for the MEDFORD, NJ office. The role oversees end-to-end pre-hire activities, onboarding, and compliance to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating screenings, verifications, and HRIS entry while maintaining accurate records and facilitating clear communications with candidates and internal teams. This is an in-office, full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in high-volume HR operations, onboarding, or recruiting coordination.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and sensitive data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple processes with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pre-hire and onboarding from verbal offer to HRIS entry.
• Coordinate background checks, verifications, drug screens, and on-site clearances.
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders, guiding through the process.
• Maintain ATS and onboarding trackers; ensure timely completion and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
