Job summary

Fusion Connect is seeking an HR Coordinator to support administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring a consistent employee experience. You will handle preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and HR data integrity while assisting HR programs and responding to inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or 2 years per year of education in lieu) and at least three years of HR support experience, including Workday HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years per year of education may substitute.
• Minimum of three years in an HR support role.
• Three years of Workday HCM experience encompassing onboarding and offboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative, transactional, and operational tasks in HR.
• Manage end-to-end preboarding from offer to first day and new-hire documentation.
• Enter and validate new-hire data in HRIS and ensure accuracy prior to start date.
