Victors Home Solutions in Plymouth, MI, is seeking an HR Coordinator. This full-time role focuses on onboarding, benefits, HRIS/payroll, and employee relations to support a growing division. The candidate will handle confidential information with professionalism and build strong relationships across teams.

You will partner with managers to resolve HR needs, support recruiting, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, HR administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other technology platforms

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new hire onboarding process from offer acceptance to first day
• Support recruiting activities: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, coordinate offers
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in systems
• Assist with employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and related docs
• Support benefits administration and answer questions on eligibility
• Assist with HRIS and payroll-related processes, including data updates and audits
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents
• Help coordinate employee communications, engagement initiatives, and events
• Assist with compliance documentation and record-keeping
• Partner with managers to answer employee questions and resolve routine HR needs
• Support HR team on special projects as the company grows
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Provide exceptional internal customer service and a positive employee experience
