Job summary

You will manage candidate applications, schedule interviews, maintain employee records, assist in onboarding and offboarding, and support HR programs. A high school diploma + at least 1 year in HR or related field is required; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR coordination or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR programs.
• Support payroll and timekeeping administration with HR Manager.
• Conduct exit interviews and offboarding assistance.
• Develop and implement employee training programs.
