Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to manage full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will partner with the Associate Director, Human Resources to foster a positive, compliant culture while delivering HR services.

This full‑time exempt role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least three years of HR experience. Proficiency with ATS and HRIS/payroll systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of HR experience required or preferred.
• Experience supporting recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and policy administration.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for non-salaried positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Assist with employee training and development programs.
• Support performance evaluations and employee relations initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
• Prepare HR correspondence and maintain personnel files.
