Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in HR, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative or HR experience.
• HR Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
• Experience with Neogov ATS and onboarding software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee onboarding and orientation.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and onboarding platforms.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Create and issue ID badges for new hires and manage badge printing process.
• Coordinate posting of vacancies and communicate with applicants.
• Maintain and audit HR records, I-9, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with benefits, FMLA, and worker's compensation processes.
• Support planning of Open Enrollment and HR events.
