Four Winds Casinos Career Site is seeking an HR Coordinator to act as a resource between Human Resources and applicants, guiding onboarding and ensuring compliance with policy and law. You will assist the Employment Manager and handle routine HR duties with professionalism.

Responsibilities include processing I-9s, background checks, maintaining records, and coordinating with management on reporting. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm; strong data entry ability.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience in full-cycle onboarding and HR processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Employment Manager in all aspects of the employment function.
• Serve as HR liaison for employees and applicants; answer questions and provide assistance.
• Prepare reports for Management as requested.
• Be the main contact for new hires during onboarding and ensure policy compliance.
• Verify I-9 documentation and support background checks for contingent staff.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and confidential employee records.
• Provide professional interaction with candidates throughout onboarding.
• Support HRIS and records updates; back up receptionist duties as needed.
