Primm Valley Casino Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, records management, compliance, training, and employee engagement within our Nevada property.

This fast-paced hospitality environment requires you to act as a trusted resource for team members, maintain confidential files, assist with payroll-ready data, and ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• HR equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years in HR, admin, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
• Experience in hospitality or gaming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records; support onboarding and payroll data.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR questions; support recognition and engagement activities.
• Assist with compliance training, documentation, and annual certifications.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with general administrative duties.
