Carroll Construction Supply is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role supports the employee hiring and onboarding process while keeping required documentation and training records current.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can manage multiple deadlines with confidentiality in HR. Experience with Paycom and HRIS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous HR, administrative, onboarding, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-up on items.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements for new hires, including scheduling and tracking required testing and documentation.
• Communicate status of pre-employment requirements to hiring managers and coordinate start dates.
• Assist new employees throughout onboarding and ensure required paperwork is completed.
• Assign and track new-hire onboarding, safety, and other required training.
• Monitor completion of training and follow up with employees and managers as necessary.
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and other tracking systems.
• Track driver licenses, DOT medical cards, forklift certifications, and other licenses.
• Provide HR general administrative support and assist with HR projects.
