Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 5+ years of HR experience including 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Municipal government experience preferred.
• Valid Class D Oklahoma driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Director in daily administration of the Human Resources Department.
• Help establish and interpret policies; review personnel policies; communicate changes to staff.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, leave programs and wellness initiatives.
• Lead training and development initiatives; manage department projects; coach employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate investigations and stay informed on federal/state HR regulations.
