Legends Global seeks an IT support professional to manage staff IT applications and network liaison duties at the Broken Arrow facility in OK. The role includes protocol development for technology usage and report creation for business analysis.

Candidates should have a BA in Computer Sciences and at least 2 years of IT support experience, with strong Office proficiency and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of business office applications and systems.
• Proficiency in report writing applications (Crystal Reports).
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to translate non-technical needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support IT application needs for all staff.
• Develop protocols for staff technology usage.
• Liaise with IT Department regarding network issues.
• Liaise with corporate applications and systems issues.
• Report creation and writing for business analysis purposes.
• Assist in development of marketing and business presentation technology projects.
• Train staff on Microsoft Office usage.
• Identify and implement software applications to boost productivity.
• Identify and implement hardware opportunities to boost productivity.
• Troubleshoot of application and network problems.
• All other duties as assigned.
