Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates and teams.
• Implement the business plan and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
• Administer HR functions including recruiting, hiring, transfers, payroll and policy compliance.
• Ensure HR documents are accurate and confidential and HR systems are used properly.
• Train and develop associates, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer or supplier concerns with corrective actions.
