Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to maintain and govern HR master data in core HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and SAP. You will ensure data integrity, execute changes, and support audits while enabling smooth organizational changes.

The role involves training HR teams across North America, conducting routine data quality checks, and partnering with HRIS to test system upgrades. A strong focus on data detail and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR system administration, data entry facilitation, or HR shared services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own data accuracy from change request through execution in HR systems.
• Train HR teams across North America on data transactions and procedures.
• Run audits in SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies and ensure payroll/finance data integrity.
• Handle daily org updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations or mergers.
• Maintain audit-ready environment for internal/external audits and assist with system upgrades testing.
