Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to maintain HR master data in core systems, ensuring data integrity and governance. You will review changes, facilitate data updates, and coordinate with Payroll and Finance, reporting to the HR Master Data Manager.

You will train HR teams, run audits, handle org-structure changes, and assist with system upgrades while maintaining an audit-ready environment. Strong SAP SuccessFactors and Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR system administration, data entry facilitation, or HR shared services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Intermediate MS Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Own data accuracy from change requests and execute changes in HR systems.
• Train field HR and create SOPs; maintain system change communications.
• Run routine audits in SuccessFactors and SAP to catch discrepancies.
• Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment for internal and external audits and support regulatory requirements.
• Serve as frontline data support for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams; update SOPs.
