Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Management experience, including at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
Experience working in a unionized environment, including labor relations and collective bargaining administration.
Experience using HRIS and payroll systems and applying employment law knowledge in a business environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of HR strategies and programs, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management initiatives.
Manage employee and labor relations activities, including grievance administration, collective bargaining support, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, and development programs.
Drive performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives across the organization.
Monitor HR metrics and trends, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
