Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Management experience, including at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience working in a unionized environment, including labor relations and collective bargaining administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems and applying employment law knowledge in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of HR strategies and programs, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management initiatives.
• Manage employee and labor relations activities, including grievance administration, collective bargaining support, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, and development programs.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor HR metrics and trends, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
