Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR Business Partner or HR Management roles, with at least 2 years in people leadership.
• Experience in a unionized environment, including labor relations and collective bargaining administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategies and programs to support business objectives and employee engagement.
• Manage employee and labor relations activities, including grievance handling, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, and development programs.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across the organization.
• Monitor HR metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
