Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in unionized environments with labor relations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• Ability to obtain industry credentials and site access certifications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Oversee full employee lifecycle across multiple sites.
• Lead labor relations and union negotiations and communications.
• Ensure HR compliance and payroll coordination across locations.
