Qualifications

• BS degree required; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with FMCSA compliance and Driver Qualification files required.
• Experience in Truck Driving/Transportation or related logistics field.
• Leads HR Generalists/Recruiters and coordinates driver-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Driver Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screenings, and DOT Physicals.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new drivers.
• Maintain and develop employee benefit programs for retention and development.
• Design and implement training initiatives for employee growth.
