The role covers full-cycle driver and general recruitment operations, employer branding, and data-driven performance reporting to HR leadership. You will partner with operations and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to execute recruiting plans and achieve hiring goals.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and operations leaders; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process through year-one onboarding for assigned locations/teams.
• Help implement the recruitment strategy set by HR leadership; tailor execution to priorities and seasonal hiring cycles.
• Partner with local and regional leaders to identify staffing needs and build proactive recruiting plans; provide hiring data forecasts to leadership.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting operations for drivers and non-drivers; ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience.
