Job summary

The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) seeks a Manager, Human Resources in Arlington, VA to lead recruitment and employee relations efforts. You will partner with leaders to deliver responsive HR services and drive an exceptional employee experience.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in HR, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. Hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 5–7 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment or employee relations.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies; manage postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Partner with managers to forecast staffing and draft job descriptions.
• Provide employee relations guidance and investigations as needed.
• Oversee onboarding and new-hire processes; ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach managers on performance, actions, and policy application.
