The role handles recruiting, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits enrollment, and compliance, with strong emphasis on confidentiality and effective communication across craft and office teams.

Qualifications

• HR generalist or HR manager experience.
• Working knowledge of employment law, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Experience supporting hourly or skilled-trades workforces.
