Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking an HR Manager to direct and manage all HR operations for the Kingsley site. The role includes coordinating onboarding, maintaining data integrity, and providing policy guidance across HR functions including safety, benefits, and compensation.

Responsibilities include leading talent acquisition, managing onboarding/offboarding, and partnering with Plant Manager on location matters. Strong knowledge of employment law and benefits is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related field with preferably 5+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Law, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Wage Structure.
• Willingness to be CPR/First Aid Certified.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all HR operations at the site.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and programs to leadership and staff.
• Lead safety processes and OSHA-related initiatives.
• Manage talent acquisition including job descriptions, sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across HR functions.
• Develop, coach and support plant staff and management teams.
• Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
