Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking an Occupational Nurse to lead health administration across multiple US chemical sites. The role requires coordination with plant physicians, medical records, and safety teams, with travel across states.

You will manage onboarding screenings, RTW assessments, surveillance testing, and vaccination programs while promoting safety and HIPAA compliance. Monday–Friday, first shift, with 24/7 on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with multistate privileges.
• Experience in occupational health or industrial clinic settings.
• Ability to travel across multiple states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding screenings for new hires/temps, with medical and safety clearances.
• Return to Work evaluations for associates returning after absence.
• Occupational surveillance testing and medical records management.
• Coordinate referrals with pulmonologists and other physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with Environmental Team on workplace hazards and safety programs.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for injuries and case management.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and standard operating procedures for clinic operations.
• Lead Plant Safety initiatives and promote safety across associates.
• Administer vaccines and health programs for associates.
