Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related field; 5+ years HR experience
• Knowledge of Employment Law, Benefits Administration, and Compensation/Wage Structure
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

• Provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals.
• Administer core HR functions and compliance (safety, policies, benefits, compensation).
• Lead talent acquisition including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and data integrity.
• Lead site safety processes, OSHA programs, and Workers' Compensation; safety leadership is a key part of the role.
• Advise Plant Manager and leadership on HR matters (strategic/operational).
• Manage HR projects and surveys; maintain turnover, safety, and compensation reports.
