As an HR Representative, you will support 400–1,000 associates, help implement policies, and partner with senior leaders to drive meaningful business results.

This internship offers exposure to business partnerships and leadership development. Original posting July 13, 2026; internship compensation $34.30–$43.50 per hour; full‑time conversion possible

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related majors.
• Strong work ethic and urgency to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to relocate and work flexible hours as needed.
• Internship experience in consumer products or manufacturing is desirable.
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Graduate with Master's (or MBA) within one year of internship completion.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide PepsiCo unit leaders, team leaders and employees on HR policies and programs.
• Assist in managing performance and developing succession plans.
• Diagnose organizational issues and implement action plans.
• Communicate effectively with all levels, including senior leadership.
• Ensure activities comply with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
