Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee development in Marion, IL. This full-time role supports staffing, promotions, and recognition while partnering with colleges and community groups to attract top talent.

You will drive compliance, safety programs, and collaboration with sales and management on HR and marketing initiatives, in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training.
• Strong communicator with leadership abilities.
• Warehouse or manufacturing background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4 years relevant experience).
