Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR and training at the distribution site. You will deliver HR services, ensure legal and policy compliance, and coach managers and staff.

You will manage HRIS data, maintain employee files, and collaborate with agencies while driving HR initiatives. You will lead orientation programs, train on harassment and performance coaching, and report to management on HR metrics and organizational structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Five or more years’ experience as an HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of HR services to distribution center employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide direction and coaching to managers and employees.
• Maintain HR data via HRIS including hires, terminations, performance, and payroll.
• Maintain employee files and relationships with temporary agencies.
• Develop and maintain employee orientation program.
• Train management and staff on harassment, discipline and coaching.
• Provide reports to management on organizational structure and HR metrics.
• Coordinate annual HR Improvement Plan.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures.
