Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR and HR training at the site, ensuring compliant, efficient delivery of HR services for distribution center staff. You will partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive continuous improvement in people processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 5+ years as an HR Generalist, and may prefer PHR/SPHR certification. On-site work in Las Vegas, NV with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Five or more years’ experience as an HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of HR services to distribution center employees.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Provide direction, coaching, and counseling to managers and employees.
• Maintain and update HR data via the HRIS (new hires, terminations, performance, payroll).
• Develop and maintain relationships with temporary and other employment agencies.
• Develop orientation program for employees.
• Train management and employees on employment-related matters including harassment and discipline.
• Produce reports for management and support HR planning.
