Job summary

ENERGY LABORATORIES INC is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions aligned with the company’s business objectives. You will lead recruitment, administer benefits and payroll, ensure labor-law compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

The role includes employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives, with backup support for Safety, Purchasing, eBay lab listings, invoicing, and marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection process.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR matters.
• Handle employee relations issues and performance management.
• Lead training initiatives and development programs.
• Back up Safety Officer and Purchasing as needed.
• Assist with listing and selling laboratory items on eBay for the lab.
• Assist with log-in review and invoice review; support marketing efforts as required.
