Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Human Resources Manager to uphold our world-class team member experience across recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement and payroll/benefits administration. This full-time role partners with leadership to shape policies, ensure compliance, and drive retention and development within our Connect business unit.

Ideal candidates will hold a BS in HR or PHR/SPHR with 5+ years HR experience, including employment law, compensation, and FMCSA-related driver files, and

Qualifications

• BS in HR or related field with HR certification required or preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience including benefits, performance management, and compliance.
• Experience with onboarding, orientation, and employee training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, engagement, and payroll/benefits.
• Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies; manage employee relations.
• Coordinate leadership development and performance management practices.
• Partner with leadership to align HR programs with Clayton standards.
