BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruiting, performance management and policy development in a hybrid environment.

The role partners with leadership to improve engagement, retention and organizational capability, while ensuring legal compliance across federal, state and local laws. Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7 years of Human Resources Management experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience leading recruiting and staffing for professional and production roles.
• Experience in compensation practices and salary/incentive plan administration.
• Background administering health and welfare plans and employee benefits.
• Experience with performance management and career development strategies.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and conducting training.

The Human Resources Manager serves as a leadership partner with accountability for people, performance and organizational improvement. The Manager deploys HR processes, policies, and practices that align with the goals of the business as well as the performance management process, while achieving employment alignment and engagement.
