Job summary

CiresiMorek seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead plant-level HR and labor relations within a unionized manufacturing environment. This role manages employee relations, administers collective bargaining agreements, supports workforce planning initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.

The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with operations leadership to strengthen workforce engagement, support organizational development, and drive HR initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting unionized workforces and administering collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee and labor relations activities, including grievance administration and collective bargaining agreement support.
• Develop and implement HR policies, workforce planning initiatives, and employee development programs.
• Partner with operations leadership to support staffing, workforce scheduling, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage recruitment efforts for hourly and salaried positions while supporting retention and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Oversee workers’ compensation, employee relations investigations, HR metrics, and workforce reporting activities.
