Qualifications

• FMLA knowledge and related compliance requirements.
• Payroll administration experience (ADP) and payroll processing.
• Benefits enrollment, questions handling, and open enrollment coordination.
• Recruiting experience and exposure to posting jobs across boards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and deductions for ~40 W2 employees.
• Manage benefits enrollment and employee inquiries on plans.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding and new-hire paperwork.
• Support administrative HR tasks on projects and assist CFO when needed.
• Conduct salary research and retention initiatives to stay competitive.
