Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• 4+ years in a human resources role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer weekly payroll, benefits, reports, and leave.
• Partner with leadership on HR strategy including recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Provide support and guidance to management on complex HR questions.
• Participate in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Acquire knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new HR technologies.
• Manage employee engagement opportunities and team-building activities.
• Balance company and team member needs to maximize productivity and satisfaction.
• Ensure office supplies and kitchen equipment are stocked and functional.
• Act as Safety Officer for compliance and audits.
• Perform other duties as required.
