Job summary

Black Diamond Coatings is seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to oversee payroll, HRIS, benefits, and compliance. This hands-on leader partners with leadership to ensure accurate records, timely payroll, and compliant HR programs across the organization.

The role coordinates onboarding, offboarding, audits, and employee relations, driving improvements in HR workflows and data reporting while maintaining confidentiality and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR operations experience.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ADP administration.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records for accuracy and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate open enrollment.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
• Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees and improve processes.
