Job summary

Crystal Data Services Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead day-to-day HR support across our family of companies, based on-site in Davenport, FL.

You will report to the Director of Human Resources and may travel to Florida, Georgia, and Alabama as needed. Responsibilities include managing daily HR activities, coordinating the full talent lifecycle, advising on policies and benefits, coaching managers on employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records with payroll

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple locations.
• Experience handling employee relations with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; SHRM/PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR activities across multiple companies and locations.
• Coordinate full talent lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding.
• Advise employees and managers on policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Coach managers on employee relations and performance concerns.
• Ensure HR records accuracy and payroll coordination.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and training.
