Job summary

Oleon is hiring a Human Resources Manager based at our Conroe, Texas facility with additional support for our administrative office in Simpsonville, South Carolina. This leadership role partners with global HR to drive local execution and worldwide initiatives, covering payroll, benefits, policy development, and talent management.

The ideal candidate has a 7–10 year HR background, manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required.
• 7–10 years in progressive HR roles, with generalist/manager experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or operational settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Act as business partner to managers on employee relations and performance.
• Lead payroll, benefits programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with U.S. law and corporate standards.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Drive leadership development and workforce planning with global teams.
• Ensure HR data integrity and HRIS reporting.
