Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources at our Coppell location. The role includes managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and driving positive employee relations.

You will monitor compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Comp and other employment laws, and champion a culture of safety by training partners on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
