Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of HR at our Yakima location. You will manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, while driving positive employee relations and ensuring legal compliance.

Safety training and a culture of safety are emphasized for partners at the site. The role requires a strong HR background (BS in HR or related field preferred) and experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general areas of human resources, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits.
• Drive positive employee relations and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO laws and related requirements.
• Emphasize safety training and a culture of safety at the location.
