Levy is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to support our team at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. This role focuses on building relationships, developing talent, and delivering an exceptional team member experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will partner with leadership to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and talent development, while promoting an inclusive workplace and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in hospitality, food and beverage, sports, or other high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and applicable employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Partner with location leadership to develop and execute HR strategies.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, offboarding.
• Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried roles with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation.
