You will partner with leaders to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or high-volume settings, and strong communication skills to build trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, performance management and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with location leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement and offboarding.
• Lead recruiting for hourly and salaried roles with hiring managers to build talent pipelines.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation and best practices.
• Foster a positive team member experience with engagement, recognition and retention initiatives.
• Support training programs to strengthen leadership and internal growth.
